Software & AI

Chapter 4

Software and AI

Not every process is worth automating, and not every tool is worth writing from scratch. Leysa starts with analysis and picks the simplest solution that can be maintained: an industry standard rather than a bespoke system, a workflow rather than yet another application.

Custom software

Who it’s for: companies with repetitive processes or scattered data.

What Leysa delivers:

  • process analysis showing what is worth automating and what is not,
  • industry standards instead of bespoke solutions that are hard to maintain,
  • web applications, CLI tools, API integrations and automated reports,
  • integrations with external systems: grid operator APIs, inverter platforms, the Polish e-invoicing system (KSeF),
  • 3D visualisation in the browser (Three.js) as a lightweight alternative to heavy tools,
  • server setup and maintenance (Linux, containers, Nginx, backups, security), including self-hosting on the client’s premises.

Technical oversight and implementation coordination

Who it’s for: companies with a failed implementation behind them, or running one with an external vendor.

What Leysa delivers:

  • requirements gathering, scheduling, stakeholder communication and shared goals across teams,
  • technical oversight of implementations delivered by other vendors: requirements, acceptance, testing.

AI tools in teams

Who it’s for: design offices, engineering and energy companies that want to use AI deliberately and safely.

What Leysa delivers:

  • a review of processes to find uses with real time savings,
  • tool selection: AI assistants, coding agents, local versus cloud models,
  • data security and confidentiality rules,
  • training and workshops tailored to the team, rollout coordination and measuring results,
  • local AI models (e.g. vision models via Ollama) to read drawings and documents without data leaving the company,
  • documentation and company websites prepared for AI agents (e.g. llms.txt, as on this site).
